Product information: Aim-Mate is small, lightweight, incredibly flexible, and will easily fit in your pocket. It is a multi use aid designed for the range, practice ground and putting green. In a nutshell, it assists with alignment for driving, iron play and putting. It also assists with swing path through the impact area, and demonstrates if you are setting up with a square clubface. Product Description. Golf is fun, but can also be frustrating, sometimes in the same round. Consistency is probably the element of the game that most golfers are looking to improve. Simple to use, intuitive, versatile, and value for money, Aim-Mate has been crafted to help golfers achieve this goal. Aim-Mate will help to improve the golfer’s directional alignment and understanding of the swing plane. This portable and multi-purpose product enables you to perfect your skills on the driving range, practice green and on the golf course in non-competitive games. Aim-Mate has been designed to help the golfer with their alignment, long game, short game and putting also. To achieve this, both faces of the Aim-Mate are used. Below we describe the basic modes of use for Aim-Mate, but you may find other ways that meet your golfing needs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Long Game Face: For use on the tee, driving range and fairway. The curved lines represent the swing planes for the right and left handed players. The perpendicular line is the ball shadow line and is used for club face alignment to the ball. The large hole is the recommended tee hole, for use with standard tees and most driving range rubber tees. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1: Standard tee - to aid that key shot 1.Place Aim-Mate on the ground with arrow head pointing in the target direction. 2.Push the tee through the large tee hole and place your ball on the tee. 3.Stand to the rear of the Aim-Mate to check alignment to target. Adjust if necessary. 4.Stand parallel to Aim-Mate and address the ball. 5.Use the club face alignment marker (perpendicular line) and the swing plane arc to consciously assist your shot preparation. 6.Take your shot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2: Driving range rubber tee - for repetition and practice 1.Using the large tee hole, push Aim-Mate over the driving range mat rubber tee with arrow head pointing in the target direction. 2.Place your ball on the tee. 3.Stand parallel to Aim-Mate and address the ball. 4.Use the club face alignment marker (perpendicular line) and the swing plane arc to consciously assist your shot preparation. 5.Take your shot. NOTE: Please ensure that your Aim-Mate is secured as advised. Not suitable for use in driving range bays with mechanical ball placement ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3: On the fairway - for alignment validation On the fairway to validate alignment to the target, place the Aim-Mate on the ground between you and the ball, pointing to the target. Stand parallel to the Aim-Mate and take your shot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Putting Play Face: For use on greens as a putting aid The rear half-moon recess is to accommodate the ball when it is located on the ground. Alternatively the ball can be placed in the channel and struck from there. Putting from the inbuilt channel will encourage the correct reading of the green and usage in the putt, by stopping the golfer forcing the ball in the direction of the hole. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4: Course green - as a putting aid 1.Place Aim-Mate on the ground behind the ball with the recessed end adjacent to the ball. 2.Stand to the rear of Aim-Mate to check alignment to the hole or required line of the putt. 3.Adjust alignment if necessary. 4.Stand parallel to Aim-Mate and address the ball. 5.Take your shot using the central “T” markers to aid clubface alignment and strength of putt. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5: Practice green - training aid to improve reading of the green 1.Place Aim-Mate on the ground pointed in the required direction. 2.Place the ball in the back of the large tee hole in the putting face channel. 3.Stand parallel to Aim-Mate and address the ball. 4.Take your shot using the central “T” markers to aid clubface alignment and strength of putt. Please Note: Whilst not in active use, ensure that your Aim-Mate is stored flat in order to protect its shape.
